Understand more,
consume less.
PSI turns long-form content into tuit — critically assessed knowledge units, condensed and designed for human understanding.
The object
What is a tuit?
A tuit is a knowledge unit distilled from long-form content: a video, article, talk, report or podcast.
It condenses the essentials, surfaces sources, separates fact from opinion, and helps the reader decide what deserves their attention — before spending time on it.
Etymology The word comes from tuition — in its older sense of the act of teaching, of passing on knowledge. The tuit is the livelier heir of its slightly clunky parent: the synthesis note.

The method
Four pillars
Time saved
Consume less useless content. The immediate benefit.
Reliability
Decide with more confidence. Our differentiator.
Intelligence
Understand faster and better. The analytical value.
Neutrality
Form your own judgment, without prescription. Credibility.
The knowledge map
Four knowledge phyla
A phylum is not just a school subject: it marks the content's dominant method of inquiry. Each title reveals its pedagogical subtitle on hover or keyboard focus.
One color, one signal.
Browse broadly or search precisely — our method allows both →42 domains to browse, 1,890 codes so nothing is missed

The institute's tools
PSI is built as a suite of instruments serving human understanding. The first is already live.

Connect knowledge. Bring ideas to life.
In the age of artificial intelligence, we want to cultivate our ability to understand, reason by analogy and imagine what connecting knowledge makes possible. This requires foundations in general and systemic knowledge: understanding elements alongside their relationships, constraints and timescales.
Analogy connects relationships across domains and then tests their differences. It is neither infallible nor permanently exclusive to people: AI models also succeed at analogy tasks. Our vision is to retain an active place in questions, choices and creation without measuring a person’s value against machine performance.
Thema is the foundation of our documentary commitment. This multilingual classification organises subjects and provides common entry points. Readers build their routes. A classification remains an interpretation of content, rather than a complete account of its meanings. A word evokes a concept, sociocultural associations and personal resonance.
PSI begins with videos: classify information, summarise it, highlight main points and facilitate access to chapters or key moments. Direct links recover the source, its context and chosen material. Summaries and assessments are aids liable to error, to be checked when the stakes require it.
Facing ecological and technological transformations, we seek to make uncertainty more examinable and support the capacity to understand and act. We promise neither to eliminate anxiety nor to solve collective problems individually. Our vision remains a subjective analysis, informed and questioned by scientific literature.
